Coaching the Coach
During this course we will have a one to one discussion about your club, teaching methods, and athlete development structures, among other topics. We will then put what we have discussed into practice with me attending one of your classes and seeing you in action, providing feedback when appropriate.
Candidates will be provided with a feedback form which will be emailed to them post visit.
